About Me
Hi, I am a Windows Database Engineer and can help you with your database needs.
I am a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, and have over ten years of experience completing large database software projects. I started programming when I was about eleven years old as a hobby. The ten years of experience I have are from real world problems. I have worked in a wide variety of industries ranging from banking to point of sale.
I have completed several large successful Windows database projects. For example, the Barrel Inventory Management Database (an application I designed for Bronco Wine Company) is being used to streamline the process of taking the barrel inventory using barcode scanners and web services. It also has a Windows desktop dashboard for inventory management and reporting. Bronco Wine Company was pleased with the completed project.
As a consultant at American Medical Response, I successfully executed a number of projects; an example is MEDS 3.09 (a Windows desktop application). This version was a major upgrade to the ePCR application being used to manage patient activity throughout the nation. After the implementation of 3.09 support calls dropped from double digits to about nine per day and better data validation greatly improved the accuracy of data collected. AMR was pleased with the completed project.
My strongest qualities are my Math and troubleshooting skills. I am strong at creating innovative algorithms. I am driven by my passion for creating software solutions.
Please take a look at my portfolio for a few samples. You can reach my resume here as well.
